Ideally located between Rochefort-en-Terre, the residence Le Domaine de Kerioche offers you a quiet environment, very close to the pond of Moulin Neuf. Situated in an ideal position to discover the Morbihan and the exceptional landscapes of Brittany, you will enjoy visiting breathtaking places. The estate is less than 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and offers you an “open air” stay. The 15 ha lake nearby and the 30 ha forest park will allow you to enjoy relaxing and sporting activities.

Coming to us
Come by car to the residence:
From Nantes : Take the N165 towards Vannes and take the D139 exit then Questembert. Continue straight on until the second roundabout, then follow the signs for Rochefort en Terres and Moulin Neuf.
From Rennes : Take the N24 towards Lorient then take the N166 exit towards Vannes/Ploërmel. Then take the D112 Questembert exit. Once in Questembert, take the 3rd right towards Rochefort en Terres then towards Moulin Neuf.
From Brest: Take the E60 towards Quimper then Lorient. When in Vannes, take the Rennes exit and continue on the N166 to take the D775 exit then Questembert. Once in Questembert, take the second right towards Rochefort en Terre then Moulin Neuf.
Travel by train from home:
If you are arriving by train, there are train stations nearby. Questembert station is 10km away, Redon is 30km away and Vannes TGV station is 35km away.
Travel by plane:
The nearest airports to the Kerioche estate are 80km away in Rennes (IATA code: RNS) and 100km away in Nantes (IATA code: NTE).
